How I work: price and date in writing within 48 hours

My process starts with one promise: within 48 hours of you describing your project, you receive a fixed price and a delivery date, in writing. Not a range, not an estimate subject to discovery, not an hourly rate with an open end. A number and a date that do not move. This article is the whole process, so you know exactly what happens between “hello” and “it is live”.

Step 1: you tell me what you need

A WhatsApp message or an email in plain language is enough: what your business does, what you need built, and anything you already have (logo, texts, an old site, a spreadsheet the system should replace). You do not need a technical brief. Asking the right questions to turn your description into a scope is my job, not yours. If I need clarification, I ask within the day.

If you want to arrive prepared anyway, I wrote a short list in what to prepare before hiring, but none of it is a requirement.

Step 2: the written quote, within 48 hours

You receive a document with four things: the fixed price, the delivery date, what is included (spelled out), and what is billed separately. The reference prices are public: a presence website is USD 400 in 7 days, a full website or web app is USD 900 in 2 to 3 weeks, and custom systems start at USD 2,500 in 4 to 6 weeks; the full price list is here. Domain and hosting go apart, and always in your name.

The quote is fixed because I scope before I price, not after. If something outside the scope comes up mid-project, it gets its own quote before I touch it, so the original number never inflates quietly. Why I refuse hourly billing is its own argument, and I made it in fixed price vs hourly.

Step 3: the build, with you seeing progress

I build in the open: you see the work in progress at a real link, not screenshots, so feedback happens early when changes are cheap. Every project includes 2 revision rounds. A round means you gather all your comments, I apply them, you review. Two well-used rounds cover what a normal project needs; endless drip-feedback is what makes agency projects eternal, so the structure protects your date as much as my calendar.

I work from Argentina, which for US clients means your working day and mine overlap almost completely. Messages get answered the same day, in English, by the person actually building your project.

Step 4: launch and after

Launch means the project is live on your domain, registered in your name, with everything handed over: accesses, credentials, ownership. There is no hostage-taking; if we never work together again, everything keeps running and belongs to you.

After launch, maintenance is optional at USD 30 to 60 per month (updates, backups, small changes, monitoring). New features get a new fixed quote, same 48-hour promise.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from me to quote?

A plain-language description of your business and what you need. Materials like logo, texts and examples help but are not required to get the quote; they matter later, for the build itself.

What if my project changes midway?

Small adjustments live inside the 2 revision rounds. Genuinely new scope gets its own written quote before any work happens, so you always decide with the number in front of you.

The 48 hours are business days?

I quote within 48 real hours of having your description. If a project is complex enough to need a call first, I say so immediately and we schedule it, and the clock starts after the call.

What happens if you miss the delivery date?

The date in the quote is one I commit to, and my history is of meeting it. That is only possible because the scope is written and closed, which is exactly why I work this way.
